Step 2 Assess workplace health

Uncover the voice of your employees.

Assessment is a critical component of all successful businesses as this process truly identifies the current state of culture in your organization. We conduct a thorough assessment, build concrete recommendations, and provide a long-term focused sustainment plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Assess Your Employee Culture

A Talent Elevated client in the agriculture industry wanted to uncover the true voice of their employees as they had released a new vision many months prior but felt that this was not gaining the traction it needed from employees. As we began our assessment process, we learned where the employees had questions about the vision and what this change would mean for them. They shared multiple, concrete ideas of what they needed to feel more connected to the organization and to buy-in to the vision. Talent Elevated was able to identify where the core challenge was for employees and make recommendations on how to move forward.

Client Case Study

This assessment process was eye-opening for us. As a leadership team, we felt we were asking employees to share questions, but we were not getting to the underlying concerns and needs of our employees. Talent Elevated’s process to survey, interview, and review documents has helped us to see all sides of the problem and know what we need to do to make this a best place to work for our employees.

Our Process

We approach culture assessments from a holistic perspective to ensure we uncover all perspectives of the current state.

We interview each executive, multiple mid-level leaders, and have focus groups with employees. In addition to this, we review documents that showcase policies, programs, communications, etc. to your team members to understand what messages you are reinforcing about culture related initiatives.

This thorough review gives us a clear understanding of where the culture is, where the discrepancies are and the most critical areas to place our focus based on both best practice and the company’s business direction.
